By following Apple’s guidelines, you may determine which version of macOS you are using. On any of these Mac models, macOS Big Sur may be installed.

Apple released today the first Developer Beta for macOS Big Sur 11.0.1. MacOS Big Sur 11.0.1, and while we do not yet know whether or not this beta comes with any new features, it does come with some new wallpapers — and you can download all of them here. The completely new wallpapers may still install automatically when macOS Big Sur 11.1.1 is officially released to the general public, but 9to5Mac has posted the wallpapers online. Apple has recently added a ton of new wallpapers with the 10th beta of macOS Big Sur, and as you can see, the updated set looks better than ever.
Now, you can use the collection of new wallpapers as your wallpapers, even if you did not upgrade your Mac to the latest version of macOS. You can use these wallpapers on any device, because they are, at their core, picture files — so you can use them whether you are using them on your iPad, iPhone, Windows computer, Android, Linux machine, or whatever. Note, the three-padding wallpaper sets are not just desktop-sized, so you can download them easily and use them on an iPhone, iPad, or any Android device.

Right-click and save to download on macOS, or long-press if you would like to use these wallpapers on an iOS device. Feel free to click or tap to expand and save any of these images straight to your device – it is pretty simple to do this by right clicking on macOS, or long pressing in iOS 14.

With the other eight, that is 16 images files, so you would need to choose half to use, or add eight more scripts, to be able to add all of them. Then, for another dynamic MacOS wallpaper, modify the Shortcuts, replacing the names of eight image files with new file names. The numbers in each file will match the positions they are placed on Get, matching those in the actual images names, making it easier to ensure that eight others are placed correctly at a given time of day.
To pull a background image for a specific time of day and set that as a permanent background on an Apple or Windows PC, we will have to open the original file with Preview and export just the images we want.
The process to change desktop wallpapers on a Mac remains the same on all Macs, however, heres how to change wallpapers on Macs for the first time. As with Catalina, clicking a users profile switches the wallpaper to whatever the users desktop wallpaper looks like. Try changing your desktop background, and you will notice the menu bar changes color accordingly.
With the correct shortcuts configured as an automation, your iPhone will automatically change your homescreen wallpaper and lockscreen background during the day (you can even set this to only one of them), mimicking the MacOSs dynamic wallpaper feature. Open up your system preferences, tap General, and toggle Light and Dark Modes to see if that brings your wallpaper back and stops the issue. That is, because you are downloading an array of new wallpapers manually, macOS does not automatically toggle between these two wallpapers when you move between light mode and dark mode.
The two desktop wallpapers, which have just Light and Dark looks, keep the preview miniatures with the split-screen view that Mojave and Catalina had, but Dynamic Desktop Wallpapers now has preview thumbnails showing slices of all five of its color schemes. These four distinct renditions are also shown in a few more eights – but these are dynamic on MacOS computers only.
Apple has included a trio of wallpapers that will help customize your Start Screen in MacOS 11 Safari. Apple introduced a series of colourful wallpapers with MacOS Big Sur 11.3, designed especially for the M1 iMac. The iMac, but you can dig up these wallpapers and download them to any Mac by following some simple instructions. To accompany my collection of MacOS (Mac OS X) wallpapers by default at 5K resolution, I have collected Mac OS 9 wallpapers and converted them to contemporary sizes.
Dynamic wallpapers in macOS were introduced with the Mojave update, and Apple has released additional dynamic wallpapers with Catalina and an upcoming update, Big Sur. The location will open in Finder automatically with the FolderDesktop Pictures contains all original macOS Big South 11.0.1 wallpapers. In the Desktop Pictures folder of macOS-system- Library are located all the original wallpaper images, in very high resolution, from Apple.
Three friends, YouTuber and photographer Andrew Levitt, joined by Jacob Phillips and Taylor Gray, re-created the Big Sur Apple wallpaper for MacOS just after it was revealed at WWDC. Remember, even if you cannot upgrade your Mac, it is still going to run just fine, do not feel bad about that.

You can find Apple wallpapers easily. All you need to do is follow a few steps. Go to the Settings app, and tap Wallpaper. Under the preview of your Lock Screen, tap Customize. Tap Customize Current Wallpaper or Add New Wallpaper and select a wallpaper.
