In other data sections of Cycle Tracker, you can also add data on your cervical mucus hydration, daytime sexual activity, and whether you experienced any spots.

If you would like to see your cycle tracker logs displayed on the summary page of the Health Dashboard, make a favorites of your different logs, and you will see them listed each day along with the rest of your health statistics. If you only want to track when you are supposed to get your period again, you can exclude all of the cycling log options. You can also enable notifications, which will notify you one week in advance before the expected period. You can choose to receive notifications to the watch screen that will notify you when the next predicted period is approaching, and when you are within the window for fertility.

The activity app will compare trends from the past 90 days with the past 365 days, so you can see whether you are staying on track. The aim of SEE is to let you compare how well you are doing and how much progress you are making using nine different health and fitness indicators–standing minutes, workouts, cardio, VO2 max, and others–over the past 90 days or last 365 days, according to Apple.
