There are a few different ways to downgrade iOS 8.2. One way is to use iMyFone iOS System Recovery. This is a professional tool that can help you downgrade iOS 8.2. Another way is to use Tenorshare ReiBoot. you can also use FonePaw iPhone Data Recovery.
If you are looking to downgrade your iOS 8.2, be sure to make your downgrade right away, because at any minute, Apple is going to remove support for iOS 8.2 and you are going to have no way of doing the downgrade. If we are going by the rules, it is possible you may not be able to downgrade iOS 8.3, but because Apple is still signing the firmware of the earlier iOS 8.2, there is still the possibility that you will be able to sidestep that upgrade. If you are still running iOS 8.1.2, you can easily jailbreak your device using the latest TaiG jailbreak. For example, if Apple allows users to downgrade their iOS devices, they could go back to iOS 8.1.2 and use TaiGs jailbreak to restore the device. For those who are not familiar with hacking the iPhone, iPad, and iOS, Apple does not allow users to restore older versions of software, only recent versions of iOS are allowed to be restored to iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch.

If you inadvertently upgraded your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch to iOS 8.3 and you would like to go back to iOS 8.2, know that you can always perform a downgrade from the iPhone. First, go over to this page and head for downloading the IPSW version of the iOS 8.1.3 firmware for iOS devices like the iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch. We will have to use recovery mode to remove iOS 15 Beta Software Profiles and downgrade to latest stable software release. Once you have completed recovery, your iPhone should return to where it was prior to installing the iOS beta. You will, however, be able to restore the iOS 7 backup that you made earlier on your device, as soon as your device is back to iOS 7. Give it time to restore all your apps and settings, and you will eventually be running iOS 8.2 as you were prior to upgrading to iOS 8.3. Once you have restored your iPhone, it will run the latest stable version, iOS 14. When the restore process is completed, your device will be just like new, running a cleaner iOS 8.2 version on the inside.

If you are running on the latest firmware and are experiencing issues related to batteries, Safari, and more, there is light at the end of the tunnel as long as Apple is still signing iOS 8.1.3, you should be able to downgrade relatively easily. The fact that Apple is still signing iOS 8.1.3 is what makes this little trick to downgrade possible, but keep in mind this is a time-limited loophole, and once Apple stops signing iOS 8.1.3, you are stuck on iOS 8.2 until a future update is released.
