How To Add Pictures To Instagram Story
If you want to add pictures to Instagram story, simply open the Instagram app and tap the
+ icon at the upper right corner of the screen. Tap story, your camera roll will open up. Now select the images you want to add to your story and upload it.

You can make your device photos smaller, or you can make them your backdrop, depending on the style of collage you are trying to make. The second technique is layering multiple photos as stickers onto a single slide, while the final technique is creating the collage using an integrated Instagram feature called Layout. Instagram has a built-in collage feature called Layout, which allows multiple photos to be dropped onto a single slide.
This feature was previously unavailable on Android, with Android users having to install a third-party app in order to make a collage or grid in order to add more than one photo to an Instagram Story. Instagram actually has a tool built-in the Stories sticker function, which allows multiple photos and videos to be added in a single story post, making creating that collage for your significant others birthday that much easier. Instead of forcing users to pick out one best photo to use on a Story post or regular feed post, Instagram has also allowed them to share one post with multiple photos, so that they can tell their story as best as possible.

Multiple photos and videos may be seen by your followers within 24 hours, at which point it is saved to your Archive. Once you have uploaded your updates in its Stories version, users can tap on your Story icon on top of theirs, and a story will be scrolled from the original images and videos to the new ones. For this to look right, you might want to make an album on your phone specifically for the photos that you wish to upload to its own version of Stories, but keep in mind how long your videos are too.
One option is to use the phones screen recording function to cycle through more images and upload a video. If you attempt to upload more than one image on Instagram, theyall be cut at the ratio of the first, which might or might not be the way you wanted.

While you can choose to choose more than one photo in your Photos app, you do not have an option to upload these images to Instagramalet alone Instagram Stories. You can only choose one photo at a time, and must use the Multiple Photos function multiple times to add a new one.
You can swipe right in the Instagram timeline, you can select record a video or take a picture. You can tap on the Photo Gallery button at the bottom-left corner to download a picture from the gallery.
