How To See Your Blocked Numbers
If you have an Android phone, you can see your blocked numbers in the Phone app. Open the app and tap on the three dots in the top right corner. Tap on “Settings” and scroll down to the “Blocked numbers” section. Here you will see a list of all the numbers that you have blocked.

If you wish to delete (unblock) all blocked numbers at once, tap the Clear icon which is presented on the bottom of the screen, then tap on Remove button. If you wish to delete any blocked numbers or contacts, you can head into Settings > Phone > Blocking and Identifying calls, and delete any blocked contacts, and add any new numbers. If you want to remove a blocked list of contacts from your phone calls, head to Settings > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification and you will be able to see any blocked contacts. You can easily review the list of blocked numbers using your phones phone, message, and FaceTime settings. You do not have to go into your Phone settings list, and then either Messages or FaceTime, to add or remove users from the blocked number list.
Any users in your blocked list that are using FaceTime or Messages to reach you will not get a notification telling them that they are blocked. Once blocked, the phone number remains blocked on your iPhone, even if you remove it from the phone, FaceTime, Messages, or Contacts apps. You can check blocked numbers using the Google phone, Messages, and contacts apps that come with Android phones by default.
If you decide that you do not want to block a particular number anymore, you can unlock it to allow you to get calls, texts, emails, and FaceTime calls from that contact. When you block a contact, although the iPhone blocks all calls, messages, and FaceTime calls from that particular number, you will still be able to see any calls on your device. From your point of view, a blocked number cannot call your phone or message you (although it may leave a voicemail).
If the number you blocked calls, it goes to voicemail and can leave a message, but you do not receive any notifications about missed calls or voicemails. If the blocked user does decide to leave a message, it is hidden under the Voicemail section, and you will not receive any notifications.
Android phones do not have this deliver messages feature in SMS, and an iPhone user also will not see the deliver notifications when texting an Android user. Little clues, such as not having a delivered message (on an iPhone) as well as what you heard while calling the person, may help you to figure out whether or not they blocked you.
Of course, that does not automatically mean that someone has blocked your number; your calls could have been routed to voicemail for other reasons. First, let us start with an illustration on how you can block a specific number or contact to prevent that person from calling you or messaging you.
The beauty of a Block List in iOS is that you can have just one specific email or phone number per person blocked, and can delete just specific ones, if you want. If you are blocking someone on a third-party app, such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Gmail, and others, be sure to head into a third-party apps internal settings, such as WhatsApps, to view your blocked list, and make changes there. Can I see all blocked numbers?
Open the Phone application on your Android device. In the top-left corner of the screen, select the menu option (three horizontal lines). Tap on the Blocked numbers at the bottom of the Settings screen as you scroll down. Your phone’s list of banned numbers is displayed here.
What happens when you call a blocked number?
You often hear multiple rings while calling someone who has not banned your number before it connects to voicemail. You could hear one ring, half a ring, or no rings at all when you contact a number that has banned your call, and the call will then go to voicemail.
