How To View Icloud Photos
Activate the Photos app. To view your images, select the Library tab. To view My Albums, Shared Albums, People & Places, Media Types, and Utilities, select the Albums tab. This article will explain how you can access your iCloud photo library across devices, including iPhones and iPads, Macs, Windows PCs, and Android devices. If you are not able to install the software on your devices, you can easily access your iCloud photos online through any web browser (except for Android devices, which we explain in a bit). If you would like to access your iCloud photos on an iPhone or iPad device, you can do so through your phones Settings app.
Any photos that you download into your master folder will show up on any of your other computers and iOS devices that have iCloud photo libraries enabled and are signed into the same Apple ID account. Then, any photos you take on other Apple devices, like your iPhone and iPad, will be synced with your Mac through iCloud.

There is an option within iCloud Photos, in which you can view all photos that you have on Apples cloud-based service, from any device like your iPhone or Mac, and even Windows computers. You will be able to search photos from all of your iCloud-enabled devices as soon as the Photos section loads. If you would like to restore your entire photos from iCloud with a single tap, you can select iCloud Backup.

After the scan, select which photos you would like to restore, then tap on Restore button to restore photos from iCloud. If you still want to save photos to computer, click Recover on the right-hand side of interface to download photos from iCloud.
To clear up your iCloud space, you can either delete several or all of the iCloud photos according to your needs, or you can select the option of downloading iCloud photos on the computer, if you do not wish to remove photos directly. These options let you download photos, move photos into another album, share with other users, or even delete from the cloud if you wish. You can create albums, add photos to albums, move them among albums, upload photos, and download photos too.
You can save the photo to any services that you have configured under “Files,” like iCloud Drive or Google Drive, or to your device. Meanwhile, the My Photo Stream can work the other way around, letting you add photos from your computer, which then syncs with iCloud and with any iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple TV that is configured to do so.
Syncing means that you can snap a picture on an iPhone, then view it minutes later on an iPad or on the iCloud site. Once you are set up, photos automatically upload to iCloud whenever the iOS devices battery is charged and connected to Wi-Fi (or connected to your mobile phone signal, if you are running iOS 11 or higher). As long as your iOS device is on Wi-Fi, and you have sufficient iCloud storage, your photos will be uploaded to your Macs computers automatically.
Not only does iCloud save your photos between devices, but when you edit them using photo apps either on iOS devices or Mac, these changes are reflected across devices. Use the Photos app to send images to a nearby Apple device using AirDrop, or to save images to other cloud services like Dropbox and Google Drive. Since Apples iCloud is an Apple product, while Windows is Microsofts, the iCloud is not installed on Windows PCs automatically. On a Windows PC, you need to download iCloud for Windows from Apples website — it is free, and works with Windows 7 and later. Fortunately, if you are using Apples iCloud photo library service, you will be able to access any images or videos that you have ever uploaded or taken directly from your web browser.
If you previously upgraded the iCloud Photo Library storage plan and want to cancel, Apple promises all photos, videos, and documents currently on iCloud will continue to be stored securely, but any new ones will not be saved there.
Click on iCloud and enter your Apple ID and password, and then turn on Photos stream and shared photos stream. Next, turn on Photo Stream to see images from you on iCloud, and Shared Photo Streams to see images that others have shared with you. Tip If you want to share photos with someone who does not have an Apple ID or iCloud access, turn on the Public site option when creating the shared Photo Streams album.
Then, open your Photos app and tap on albums to view your own albums, shared albums, people and places, media types, and more. Tap the Albums on the bottom to view the photos from the iCloud Backups under the “My Albums”, “People & Places”, “Media Types” and “Other” albums. Log into your Apple ID account, you will see iCloud Drive, Photos, Mail, Contacts, Calendars, and Tasks, as well as Bookmarks in the right-hand pane.
Once you launch the iCloud app for the first time, you will be asked to log into your Apple Account using your email and password. Entering or creating your Apple ID (which can be created on the latest version of iTunes, which is also a free download) will act as your login for iCloud.
