If you would like to see more info on an app, you can scroll down to the bottom and choose About. This tells you all the things you need to know about the app, such as who is selling the app, what languages it supports, and its rating by age, which is awesome if you are looking to buy Apple Watches for your kids.

If you have read through everything and decided to buy anyway, or just want to jump right in to see if the iOS app is useful for you, then you can hit the “Get” button. If you cannot make a determination, tap anywhere on the screen and select List view to view all apps in alphabetical order, complete with app icons and their full names. In the grid view of apps, the apps on the watch are arranged in alphabetical order, and you can just swipe up or down on the screen to select the desired app. You can rearrange your apps, and with WatchOS 5.0 or higher, you can switch to a List View instead.

When the apps for your Watch need to be purchased like your iPhone apps, it unavoidably means the Watch apps are ancillary.

In the case of an iPhone or iPad, we have an application called App Store where we can search for apps and install them, should the apps be of greater concern.
