If you are using the latest iOS you can check apple devices on your phone by using this way. Sign in to appleid.apple.com, then select Devices, then from this section, you are able to find out which devices are connected with your apple id including android and other devices.

You can use an iMac, MacBook, or iPad to go into the web app for iCloud to delete the device from your device list with an Apple ID. If you no longer own or use the iPhone/iPad, or if you do not recognize a device listed, you can delete that device from the Apple ID and Factory Reset your iPhone (How to Factory Reset your iPhone Without a Computer).

You can use the Apple ID Removal Tool to help wipe the iPhone or iPad, and delete Apple ID completely from your iPhone or iPad. You can also remove cards that are used with Apple Pay from the device, remove driver licenses or state identification cards from iPhones and Apple Watches, and delete the device from the devices list.

When you drop an older Apple ID and use a new one, you also need to remove devices that were under the older Apple ID account. On the plus side, if you buy a new device or have to reset the device, signing in using an Apple ID automatically updates the device with the apps and settings that you want.

If you keep your devices backups on iCloud services, once you have reset or updated the phone, all of your apps and settings are automatically restored to the device for you. If you have recently acquired an Apple device, but cannot begin using it because it is still connected to the iCloud account of its original owner, you will need the assistance of that person in order to restore your device and get access to it. When you stop using, give away, or sell one of your devices, however, you need to delete it from the iCloud account.

Once you have removed it from your devices list, that device loses its access to iCloud and to Apples other services, including its Find My Service. After removing the device, you cannot use iCloud, Find My, and a few other Apple services on it. Removing it breaks its connection to iCloud, disabling it from being used as a trusted device, and removes it from the list that Apple keeps. A pop-up box appears letting you know removing a device from an Apple account will stop it from using iCloud or other Apple services until you sign in again.

Just be sure that you are signed into an Apple account on the device that you are planning on using; otherwise, it will not know which device to search. It will tell you whether a device name is a verified device that you can use to get an Apple ID verification code. You can find the information about the device, the model, the serial number, the operating system version, and if the device is a trusted device that you can use to receive your Apple ID verification codes.

You will get a 6 digit code to a device you are already trusted. As an extra layer of security, Apple will send you a 6-digit code to a trusted device or to a trusted phone number (something you own). Apple may send the verification code on the trusted device to verify your identity if you are trying to log in from a new/different device or browser.

You should always use a passcode on your device, so if someone is to locate your iPhone or iPad, they will have to have your passcode or fingerprints to gain access to your device. From a security perspective, it is even more important to delete devices if you are no longer using them, and have set up 2FA for your Apple ID, because those devices could be used to get the 2FA confirmation codes when you sign in to Apple services or iCloud from a new device. To help keep you safe, it is best practice to delete the Apple ID before selling the device.

If you have access to the device you wish to remove, you can opt instead to disconnect from iCloud and any other stores and services directly from the device.

If you are using iCloud Drive, you can access the same documents or apps on other devices using the same Apple ID. Any Apple device that is signed into your iCloud account will always show up on a list that Apple keeps. For instance, if you are using iCloud for Windows, or ever connected an iOS device to a PC, the PC will link with your Apple account. Scroll down to the bottom of the new menu, and you will see any devices linked to your Apple account, including any iOS devices, Apple TVs, Apple Watches, and authorized computers: Authorized computers are any Windows or macOS machines that you signed in with, whether through iTunes or iCloud software.

Scroll down to the bottom of the settings menu, and you will see a list of different devices connected to your Apple ID. You can head over to the Apple Menu —>System Preferences —>[Apple ID] to view all your devices. You can also tap each device to see details, which is similar to what you will see in the iPhone and iPad. You can also check the status of its Find My Phone and iCloud Backup features, review the devices info such as model, version, and serial number, view, and delete Apple Pay cards on a device.

Use the steps below to view devices that are currently signed into using an Apple ID. Go to Settings — [your Apple ID] and scroll down, and all of your devices will then appear here, including your Windows device that you are signed into using your Apple ID. You can sign out of your Apple ID from the device by going to Settings > Apple ID and tapping Sign Out (you will have to enter in your Apple ID password to complete this process.

To delete Apple ID from an iPad or iPod, use the same steps explained for an iPhone. Authorizing devices to iTunes is only for iTunes, and it is possible to authorize iTunes usage for devices that are not yours, so removing them in iTunes does not remove them from your account. You can delete a device from iCloud from the System Preferences window of your Mac, or in the settings of an Apple mobile device.

How do I remove other devices from my iPhone?

Select the device you want to delete by clicking All Devices in Find My iPhone on iCloud.com. You have already chosen a device if you don’t see All Devices. To access the Devices list and choose a different device, click the name of the current device in the toolbar’s center. Click [device] Erase.
