Sharing Name And Photo Not Available
Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, then enable Shared Albums. Because the iCloud and iMessage accounts are different or are not logged in, “Sharing Name and Photo” is not possible. With iOS 13 or later, devices may choose a name, photo, or Memoji to send personalised messages on their iPhone.
If your shared names and photos are not accessible on an iOS device, and you are likely getting a message that says something like Shared names and photos are not accessible because iCloud and iMessage accounts are not the same, or a mistaken login, on an iOS device, you cannot enable share. If you have multiple phone numbers or devices associated with your Apple ID, then iMessage might be the reason why you are getting the Sharing name and photo is not available error. To resolve the error, you must remotely disconnect the other devices associated with your Apple ID.
For example, if you and your children or spouse are sharing the same Apple ID, but you have different phone numbers, the function is not available. For example, if you share an Apple ID with friends or family members, you get an error message when trying to use this feature. As we mentioned earlier, if you have too many phone numbers associated with your Apple ID, the Share name and photo function cannot be used, since the device does not know which phone number to use.
You can also change the Apple ID password to remove any phone numbers, then turn on iMessage again and configure your phone numbers. Use the apple ID. If you do not have an Apple ID, you need to create one, then log into iCloud using the newly created Apple ID. Manage how your iMessages name and profile picture are shared with recipients of your messages. Log into your Apple ID and verify that your name and picture-sharing features in iMessage are working.
To prevent errors caused by settings that you made earlier, you can revert all of your iPhones settings to ensure there are no settings causing damage to the feature of sharing names and photos through iMessage. Implement the following workarounds one at a time, until the photo sharing feature on iPhone works flawlessly. When your iPhone reboots, type in the wifi password and try sharing a photo again.
If you see the green light beside photos, then the Apple iCloud photo-sharing servers are working properly, and you can move on to the next workaround. If you still see the issue, you can delete all the iCloud accounts on your iPhone using iOS 14.
Simply leaving the app off, then signing back in after some time, may fix your issue of the iCloud Photo Library Not showing up on the iPhone.
Usually, signing in to both iCloud and iMessage using the same Apple ID solves this issue, but occasionally, iOS devices may experience issues connecting to the Apple servers and enabling photo names and sharing. If you are still not able to change your name and photos on iMessage, you will sometimes need to log out of iCloud entirely on the device, and then log back in. The workaround involves making sure that you are using the same Apple ID both in your iCloud settings and within iMessage. This can happen if you are using multiple Apple IDs on an iPhone, iPad, or Mac.

If you have more than one device under one Apple ID, you should see it listed on the page. Go to your Settings option on the iPhone, and tap your Apple ID (your name under the search bar). You should be able to enable Photo and Name Sharing on iOS. To be able to share the name and photo that is displayed in your Messages app, you will need to make sure you are using the same Apple ID on both iCloud and iMessage, and you are signed into both apps. Personalization is fairly simple, but some iOS users are presented with error messages every time they attempt to change the iMessage name and photo. If iMessage has not been turned on in some way on your device, then you might run into this issue. To disconnect from iMessage, again, head into Settings > Messaging > Sending and Receiving, and tap on your Apple ID itself, and then choose disconnect.
