This should be a familiar option if you are using an iPhone or iPad, since you can do this same thing while the device is showing Low Power. The screen makes turning power-saving mode on by accident very easy.

To disable, you just need to touch a toggle in the same place used for manually turning on low-power mode. Wait until the screen displays a Command Option, and slide the slider right to disable the device. Note you want to press and hold on to the appropriate button, or else you will have a different effect.

The Apple logo should appear in the middle of the display on your watch, and you can let go of both buttons then.

Since there is no reboot option for Apple Watch, users must turn it on manually, pressing the side button and holding until the Apple logo appears. Normally, youall keep your AppleA Watch powered on at all times, but if you need to power down your AppleA Watch, hold down a side button until a slider appears, and drag the power-off slider to the right.
