Worst Iphone

The worst iPhone ever made was the iPhone 5C according to specs. It was released in 2013 and was quickly discontinued due to poor sales. It was made out of plastic instead of metal. It was also available in a variety of colors, which made it look cheap and childish.

Every year, analysts and Apple enthusiasts alike pore over each bit of semi-reliable new iPhone info in an attempt to predict the future. We are now just months away from the large 2020 launch of the iPhone 12, and although plenty of rumors are floating around regarding an iPhone 13, it is the best time for a refresh, because these phones that are currently available from Apple are among the best available.

Sitting atop the below list is the iPhone 12 Pro, and although the iPhone 12 is great, you are going to want to opt for the iPhone 12 Pro if you are looking for the best of what Apple has to offer right now. While it is not the best iPhone out there in terms of specs and features, the iPhone 12 is likely the model that most people should be buying.

The new iPhone XS is a nice phone, but probably not enough of a jump over last years jaw-dropping iPhone X to climb higher in the rankings. The first iPhone cannot be considered the best design of iPhone yet, but being able to place it this high in comparison with everything else that is come since speaks volumes about the initial success of Apples reinvention of the handset. Last years jaw-dropping iPhone X was the biggest reinvention of the smartphone that Apple has done in years. The iPhone 6s Plus is Apples second 5.5-inch smartphone, showing that the company is willing to take on the phablet boom.

More significantly, the iPhone 8 was rendered meaningless in comparison with the iPhone X, which Apple released later that year. Coming off of the 3GS, the iPhone 4 was such a huge leap forward that it is amazing that Apple did not pull out of the iPhone lineup after hitting such a huge home run.

The iPhone 11 instantly established itself as a better option for the majority of users, offering excellent, flagship-level specs for a more affordable price point than even the Pro models.

The iPhone 8 was totally overshadowed in its announcement year by Apples incredible One More Thing twist of 2017, the iPhone X. It marked the fourth straight year that Apple went with a tried-and-true design from the iPhone 6, and that made it look drab. The Rokr E1 marked the first time it felt as though Apple was just rolling out an incremental improvement to iPhones instead of something groundbreaking. The Rokr E1 was not an actual iPhone, but it was iTunes first phone–and Apples first foray into the handset market.

The third major redesign since the original iPhone, the iPhone X is different from every previous Apple handset. To give credit where credit is due, Apple really tried to pull off an extremely different design, complete with a few novel features, with 2017s iPhone X.

Apple has definitely improved upon the original iPhone in subsequent iterations of the iPhone, but its rounded edges, aluminium backs (in early models), gloss-black, and white colors on 3G and 3GS completely changed the game when it came to smartphones. The one thing that does make the iPhone 5c different is its colors; yeah, they are nice, but a cheap, plasticky back is not really all that great, especially if you compare cheap with some of Apples best designs in phones. While the iPhone 11 Pro is truly superb, I thought the regular colors on the iPhone 11 were slightly underwhelming, and Apple did not really do a lot to enhance the design over the iPhone X, which scored a lot higher as a groundbreaking design shift, in my opinion.

Apple likely knew that it had made a mistake with the iPhone 5s pathetic screen size, but because it refused to alter its upgrade model, it was forced to release yet another iPhone that was just a little too small, with the 5s. With the 6s and 6s Plus, Apple gave you one more shot at picking a proper size, and while it is likely that you will screw this up once more, this is still one of the best iPhone generations. To this day, the iPhone 4 holds the record for being a flagship longer than any other iPhone–Apple changed the upgrade cycle of Apple after introducing this phone, likely because it was so great–and was still selling in 2014, which is also a record.

To me, 2010s iPhone 4 remains one of the best iPhones that Apple has ever made. As we justifiably celebrate the last 10 years, it does no harm to look back on the times the iPhone did not live up to the lofty expectations. The first iPhone was iconic in many ways, from its edge-to-edge touchscreen, to its home button, sleek metal back, the Apple logo, etc. While lacking features like 3D Touch, the 4-inch iPhone SE does an excellent job combining one of my favorite past iPhone designs with modern day internals.

All these final features made iOS 7 a refresh many will remember, helped along by the huge success of that years revised iPhone 4. Overall, iOS 9 is a stable release on both iPhone and iPad Pro, with less issues than past versions, and features that aid your workflow, making content sharing and calls between each other easier. Almost identical to 6, the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus just helped Apple keep pace with Androids Android competitors, adding a bit of water resistance and more storage options. After all, it was the first time Apple had divided an iPhone into two versions, and the iPhone 5c was pitched as the lower-end choice.

If you bought an iPhone 14 at launch, you would be paying Apples suggested retail price, which was probably over $1,000. If you have just about $500 to spend on a new phone, but have your heart set on the iPhone, then once you arrive at the Apple store, the buying experience is fairly straight-forward.

At Apples event this year, which is scheduled to take place on 7 September 2022, Apple is expected to unveil the iPhone 14 and more new products. Below, Mashable rounds up all of the more noteworthy iPhone rumors, from the worst ones that we are hoping do not come true, to the best ones we are praying do come true with the iPhone 14 this fall (hopefully).

What is the most problematic iPhone?

According to a study, the iPhone 6 is by far Apple’s least reliable phone, with a startling 22% of units experiencing malfunctions. The iPhone 6S isn’t far behind, and Samsung phones perform poorly among Android users as well.

What iPhone should I buy in 2022?

Look no farther than the iPhone 14 Pro Max if you want the best iPhone irrespective of price. This phone features the speedier A16 Bionic chipset, the enhanced 48MP camera, and the eye-catching Dynamic Island feature that takes the place of the notch, which are all significant enhancements Apple made to its Pro lineup.

Do iphones ever get cheaper?

When releasing new iPhone models, Apple typically lowers the price of the prior versions, as it did with the iPhone 12 last year. After the iPhone 13 was revealed, the price of the 64GB iPhone 12 was reduced from $800 to $700. In contrast, the price of the iPhone 11 fell to $500 in 2021.
