Add Flashlight To Home Screen
You can easily situate your flashlight on your iPhone’s homescreen by changing some settings in your phone’s control center. Open it and go to customize controls. From there, check whether your flashlight is present under the ‘include’ list – if not then add it there and it will show on your homescreen.
You can add a custom icon on your home screen which toggles your iPhones built-in flashlight on and off in one touch. If you are also using a flashlight app, then you are probably used to scrolling up or down the home screen (depending on the iPhone model) to bring up Control Center, and tapping on the flashlight shortcut that appears there. With Android 13s developer preview, you will finally be able to tap the back of your phone twice to activate the flashlight. You can enable the flashlight on most Androids by pulling down the quick settings menu at the top of your screen and tapping on the flashlight button. This is probably the default option for many, as you can access the flashlight from Androids Quick Settings menu with ease.
On Android 12, you can swipe down from the top of the lock screen to bring up Quick Settings and toggle the flashlight toggle. Normally, turning on the phones flashlight involves sliding down from the top notifications shade to bring up Quick Settings, and then tapping on the flashlight icon.
On many phones, when you swipe down once from the top of your screen, the Flashlight s icon is located within a menu. From there, you can hold and drag the Flashlight icon to the spot on your list of icons, where it will show up in the default notifications.
