You can either use this with your spare iPhone, as I originally did, or you can mod it. The product itself is well-built too, and once I slipped it in its supplied cover, it was tightly integrated with my iPhone 5. I did not use adhesive here, as I can remove the snap-on part and stick it onto a different case when I update the iPhone 6S Plus to a newer one later.
