Just like any other smartphone, iPhone also has an auto-reply text option that you can use/access while you’re in a meeting, driving, on vacation, or any other similar situations where you wont be able to respond to your texts. Auto Message is another app that gives you the ability to set up auto texts and calls replies. You can configure this auto message for use with DND Mode functionality, and you decide who gets to send this auto message when you are driving. You have options No One, Recents, Favorites, All contacts, to choose from and to send this auto message.

Once the Focus feature is setup, you can now enable Auto-Reply to send an auto-reply text while driving. If you would like to let someone you love know that you are out and about on the road, but cannot grab your phone at this time, simply have the Focus driving feature installed on your iPhone, and it will automatically text you as you are driving. If this is your first time setting this up, you will have an option that allows your iPhone to enable the driving focus whenever it senses driving-like movement.
Once Driving Focus is set up, you can tap Driving in the Focus home menu, then select Manual in the pop-up menu below Automatically turn on. Alternatively, you can call up Siri and have it turn off Drive Focus Turn off Do Not Disturb.

Depending on the Do Not Disturb settings, you might not get any incoming calls or notifications from apps when this is on. You can enable notifications for selected people, but be aware that some of your other app notifications might get muted for the whole time that you are on Do Not Disturb when driving. From this point forward, anytime Do Not Disturb While Driving is enabled, any incoming phone calls will be silenced, and the personalized message that you just entered will be sent as an auto-text to them letting them know that you are driving.
Note that you will not get any notifications about texts when Auto-Reply to Do Not Disturb While Driving is turned on (unless you specifically opt-in to allow specific contacts to send notifications), and auto-replies will send with no notification.
If a recipient replies with a pressing message, you will still receive notifications of follow-up messages. Then, tap on auto-reply to adjust the texts message to something that is appropriate for that time (for example, I am at a meeting now, I will text you later, or I am sleeping, if this is urgent, I am calling my wife). Now you could, if you wanted, use that as well, but of course, it is not going to always be that same situation, you are going to drive, so you might as well modify this text with an auto-reply.
Once you are done setting the contacts and auto messages that you want to send, one other thing you may need to change though is, you will see the option saying Do Not Disturb While Driving, which says Turn On, so you have got to tap that and make sure that is set to Manual, because if not, that will just only be working when you are driving.

Note that the Send may only activate while using Drive Mode, either under Focus or Do Not Disturb. After using Focus or Do Not Disturb, you can just pull up your iPhones Control Center and tap on either Focus or Crescent Moon icons to turn it off. You will not get any notifications from your lock screen, but you can see them by pulling up your iPhones notification center any time you like.
