Iphone Swipe Down
Swipe down from the top of your screen to see your alerts, including incoming calls, calendar appointments, and text messages. Follow these steps to decrease the top portion of the screen: Face ID on an iPhone: On the screen’s bottom border, swipe downward. With a Home button on an iPhone: Double-tap the Home button very lightly.
Take the picture, and then swipe upwards from the bottom to exit Camera and return to your Lock Screen, or swipe left to right to go back to Notification Center. While you are in Notification Center, you can also now swipe right on the screen to the left to get back into Camera. The usual upward swipe to go to your Home Screen does not work until you are unlocked, but you can swipe from the right edge of the iPhone to the left, and it will bring up the Camera.
If you have an iPad or an iPhone X and higher, you can swipe down from the top-right of your screen. If you are coming from an iPhone with the Home button, you may not know you can swipe down from the top-right corner of your screen, too. For example, in order to bring up the Control Center on the iPhone X or higher, instead of swiping upwards from the bottom of your devices screen, you have to swipe down from the top right corner of your screen, which is where the battery icon is.
Control Center has gotten increasingly useful over the years, with multiple options that can be accessed quickly by pulling down from the top-right corner of the screen of an iPhone or iPad. As we mentioned earlier, you can easily access Control Center from any screen on your iPhone or iPad, even when you are inside of an app, watching videos, or playing a Pally game.
Control Center on the iPhone is an extremely helpful and handy feature, because you can easily do things such as recording iPhone screens, turning on flashlights, and switching AirDrop easily and quickly, simply by swiping upwards from the bottom of the iPhones screen. Moreover, you can invoke Control Center from lock screen, any app, or even within Notification Center and the widgets by simply swiping down from the top right.
Assuming that the Control Center is enabled, swiping down from top right of your screen on a phone with Face ID, or from the bottom up on a phone with Touch ID, will bring up Control Center. Swiping does nothing at all until your iPhone is both unlocked and open, but once it is at the lock screen, or within any app, that swipe brings up the notification center.

If you have checked Notification Center near lock screen notifications, those notifications will quietly be delivered to the notification center instead of popping up on the lock screen. If you tap on the small blue checkmark under the Lock Screen Alert option, then you will disable the notification lock screen for that app.

Another option for keeping notification clutter on the lock screen is having specific app notifications delivered to you as a daily digest. You can adjust the way notifications show up on the home screen by going into Settings > Notifications > Show previews and selecting Always.
Select which app you would like to customize notifications for, and you will be presented with one more screen with options. Or, if you want this app to stop annoying you with notifications, but you do not want to use the toggles, you can customize it further using the options below. All of those options bring up a Settings app for you, but for each one, you will have this much less tapping.
Using the quick notes icon, one tap lets you open the Notes app automatically, and you can quickly create a new note. Scroll down and tap the green button next to whatever options you would like to be displayed as you scroll down from the top-right corner of the screen.
You should see a list of actions that can be performed when tapping on the back of the phone, such as opening your camera, turning on your flashlight, swiping up and down, and more. The iPhone has a slew of hidden menus to help you with things like searching through apps, going back to your previous screen, finding widgets that display snippets of specific info, or turning Wi-Fi on and off quickly.
Your iPhone is still locked, but you can adjust brightness, volume, bring up a home-apps panel, and many other things from there. You can turn your flashlight on fast, check the timer, or start recording your screen all in one swift swipe and tap. By default, you will find your flashlight and connection settings here, among others, but you can add other features that are accessible from the lock screen.

To adjust which features you want accessible from the Home Screen, open the Settings menu, tap Face ID and Passcode, and type in the passcode when asked. Without the Home button on iPhone X and beyond, Apple decided to make returning to your home screen just a swipe upwards from the bottom of the screen. Now, anytime you want to adjust your screen, you can do it by opening Control Center by either swiping up from the bottom of the screen on devices with the Home button, or by swiping down from the upper-right corner on the newer iPhones. Control Center is accessible with a swipe upwards from the bottom of the screen, which makes sense, and is easier to do one-handed.
By this same logic, I considered Control Center to have the Triple Back Tap slot, but almost always got there from the lock screen; never from the downwards swipe from the top of my phone.
Reachability is an integrated iOS 15 feature, which works across all of the best iPhones, which drops down the upper half of the screen, so buttons and other on-screen objects are in easy thumb-reach. When turned on, Reachability lets you reach items on top of the mobile device by sliding your finger down on the lower edge of the screen, which brings the top within reach. With Reachability, I could use my large iPhone in single-handed mode and reach far into the back of the display, as Reachability pushed all the content displayed on screen to half-way down, where buttons and other user interface controls were easy to reach with my thumb.
